WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME FOR ORDERING THE PREPACKAGED CANDY FLOSS?
We will require at least 3-5 working days for the order, however for larger quantity, special orders and last minute orders, do whatsapp us to check!
IS THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES?
Free delivery for orders above 100 quantity!
However there will be surcharge of $20 delivery for delivery to Tuas/Changi/Sentosa/Army Camps.
HOW LONG CAN THE CANDY FLOSS BE KEPT FOR?
We usually prepack them 1-2 days before your delivery date and we do advise not to keep them longer than 4 days.
When stored, do not expose them to sunlight.
CAN WE CUSTOMISE THE PREPACKAGED CANDY FLOSS?
Yes, we provide customised sticker printing at additional $0.20 per pc (4cm x 4cm)
You may let us know if you have other preferred size as well.
WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE PREPACKAGED CANDY FLOSS?
They are heat sealed cups at 12oz each!
CAN WE CHOOSE THE COLOR OF THE CANDY FLOSS?
Our standard will be either white, pink or blue. If you have a special request, do let us know
We have purple, green, yellow, orange upon request!
